Manga: The Complete Guide Eisner Nomination
Well, I'm back from India, but never mind that for now. For the moment I just wanted to share the news that Manga: The Complete Guide has been nominated for a 2008 Eisner Award for Best Comics-Related Work!

I'm really honored to be nominated and I'll definitely be at Comic-Con this year.

Man! Between you, the Comic Foundry magazine people, and my coworker who wrote "Parade With Fireworks" it's like all my friends are nominated for Eisners this year! I am totally jealous.

congratulations on not only a (presumably) safe and successful trip to India, but also the Eisner nomination. :)

btw - i am in monterey today and will be heading back Northbound on Saturday - i'll see if i can get enough charge out of my increasingly unreliable cell phone battery to give you a call when i am on the road.
